We are looking for an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee tenant improvement projects. You will drive progress and maintain project schedules and budgets while fostering collaboration with trades. Your problem-solving skills and leadership will ensure adherence to VPAC’s high-quality standards on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure projects start per VPAC’s Standard Project Start-Up Procedures
• Maintain budgets and manage General Conditions expenses
• Schedule trades and communicate with Project Manager daily




• Oversee site operations and enforce quality standards
• Foster relationships with corporate team, clients, and public officials

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Superintendent
• Solid leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency with Procore and Smartsheet
• Knowledge of construction contracts and cost control
• Familiarity with WorkSafeBC regulations
