Lead the Exploration Phase of Teck's Mine Life Extension Project as an Underground Mine Manager in Vancouver, BC. Drive safe and efficient execution while managing contractor performance.

Teck is seeking a seasoned Underground Mine Manager for its Red Dog Project in Alaska. This senior role requires extensive expertise in underground hard-rock mining and large-scale capital projects. You'll oversee project delivery from planning through execution, ensuring safety and efficiency while leading multi-disciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Champion a zero-harm safety culture across all operations
• Develop technical specifications and tender packages
• Oversee contractor mobilization and performance monitoring




• Direct underground construction and manage project controls
• Prepare progress reports and strategic recommendations

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Mining or Civil Engineering
• 15+ years in underground mining, 10 years in senior management
• Proven hands-on experience with decline or shaft projects
• Solid leadership skills and stakeholder management experience
• Commitment to sustainability practices in mining
