Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure profitable execution of multiple building envelope projects
• Develop and lead Site Supervisors and skilled teams

• Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders

Requirements:
• 10+ years in multi-family building envelope remediation
• Proven multi-project responsibility in $500K-$10M range
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, ProjectSight, or Procore
• Solid background in managing self-performed work
• Knowledge of Alberta's construction market and regulations
