Agnico Eagle is seeking a General Supervisor for Energy and Infrastructure to manage electrical activities and maintenance practices efficiently. Your leadership will help maintain high-quality standards and safety in our operations.
In this supervisory role, you will coordinate teams responsible for infrastructure and electrical systems across our Meadowbank and Amaruq sites. With 5 to 8 years of experience in Energy and Infrastructure, your expertise will ensure that goals are met while promoting our Health & Safety Code of Conduct.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate electrical planning for surface and underground mining
• Maintain sewage and water treatment plants for camps
• Supervise maintenance of power generation systems and gensets
Requirements:
• Technical Degree or Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• 3 to 5 years in a supervisory capacity
• Excellent understanding of electrical network operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Experience in mining operations is preferred
