As a key member of ParaMed's team, you will focus on the education and training of nurses and staff in the field. You must embody expertise in adult learning principles and healthcare practices while effectively operationalizing the district’s educational plan. Key Responsibilities:
• Select and educate preceptors for placement support
• Provide clinical orientation for new nurses
• Arrange mandatory education and training workshops




• Implement the educational plan alongside the Care and Services Manager
• Deliver specialized PSS training programs

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse in valuable standing with licensing
• 3 to 5 years of experience in adult education
• Experience as a Registered Nurse in community settings
• Solid presentation and critical thinking skills
• Valid driver's license for district travel
