• Lead a global support team for Fixed Income applications
• Act as escalation point for operational incidents
• Ensure efficient tracking and resolution of production issues




• Partner closely with development teams for improvements
• Lead incident management and problem review meetings

Requirements:
• 10+ years in IT, strong Fixed Income knowledge
• Hands-on experience with Murex and Marketwire
• Understanding of the entire Fixed Income trading lifecycle
• Solid Linux and SQL experience
• Strong communication skills with clients
