Role and Facility Information
Full-service family practice in a FP clinic. Procedure room on-site for lumps and bumps. Shared call coverage for local LTC facility across the street. A collegial group of five FPs and one NP. We also have an LPN on site three days per week. Social worker attached to practice via PCN.
Start Date as soon as possible (negotiable)
Remuneration FFS, LFP with Rural incentives noted below
Overhead Approximately 23%
Advantages Recruitment Incentive: $10,000 (full-time)
Relocation Costs Reimbursement: up to $15,000 (amount based on location relocating from)
Fee Premium: 4.20%
Annual Flat Fee: $6,508.80
Rural CME: starting at $2,200.00/annum in year 3 & 4 to a maximum of $4,400.00/annum after 4 years.

Community Information Chemainus is a picturesque community on the east side of Vancouver Island,



a one-hour drive north of Victoria. There is easy access to all amenities a person could need as well as airports and ferry service nearby. The outdoor recreation options are endless: hiking, biking, skiing, fishing, golf, etc. A vibrant cultural scene is available as well. Good schools and children's activities make it a great place to raise a family as well.
