Key Responsibilities: Evolve change management methodologies for implementations
Collaborate with sales on pre-sales processes and pricing

Track and report on implementation activities
Foster relationships with customer executives and stakeholders
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant disciplines
Experience managing SaaS implementations and teams
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Customer service-oriented with analytical mindset
Project management certification is a plus
