In this full time position, you will be responsible for identifying and documenting Critical Data Elements (CDEs) that impact RBC’s operations. Collaborate with Data Domain stewards and Business Unit leaders to prioritize data that supports critical reports. Utilize your skills in data management and quality controls to drive improvements in data accuracy and relevance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify Critical Data Elements for key business processes
• Engage stakeholders to define prioritization of reports
• Document critical data usage and rationale in CDE templates
• Capture and curate associated metadata for U.S. regulatory reports
• Report on work status and escalate risks as necessary
Requirements:
• 2-3+ years in Data Management or Analysis
• Undergraduate degree in a numerical discipline or finance
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience with business documentation practices
• Ability to manage competing priorities in stressful situations
