As a Logistics Planner, you will be responsible for managing the inbound logistics network for assigned Sysco sites. This involves planning and tendering optimized loads, enhancing shipment profitability, and fostering relationships with key teams. Additionally, you will analyze current freight opportunities and implement supplier pickup programs to ensure streamlined operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan optimized loads using Manhattan TMS
• Monitor inbound carrier performance and service levels
• Analyze and present opportunities for site-controlled pickups




• Create OS&D; reports within 48 hours
• Manage freight claims and cross-functional issues

Requirements:
• 2+ years of logistics or distribution experience
• Knowledge of transportation financials and performance metrics
• Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency
• Experience with logistics software, preferably Manhattan TMS
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
