As a key member of our team, you will provide independent oversight, document and assess model risks, and ensure compliance with established governance standards. This role requires a combination of solid analytical and communication skills, and candidates should have experience in model validation or risk management to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide effective challenge of model risk management practices
• Maintain model inventories, ratings, and validation processes
• Monitor compliance with model risk policies and standards




• Prepare assessments and findings for various stakeholders
• Support enhancements to AIMCo’s model risk framework

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
• 5+ years of financial services experience
• Excellent communication and quantitative skills
• Experience with R and SQL considered an asset
• Strong attention to detail and integrity
