This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President and entails managing the engineering department’s processes and reporting systems. You will work with senior leaders and engineers to govern the capital project portfolio while refining engineering standards and systems. Advanced skills in Power BI and Office 365 are critical for analyzing and reporting data for informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the implementation of management procedures
• Maintain engineering databases and enhance reporting efficiency
• Oversee AFE submissions and approvals for capital projects
• Provide governance on strategic projects with the SVP
• Create and refine engineering standards and documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience
• PMP certification preferred
• Demonstrated experience in complex project environments
• Proficient in MS Office and Power BI dashboard development
