Take the lead in liquor compliance with the Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority as a Manager of Liquor Inspections and Security in Regina. Oversee critical inspection services while managing teams and updating compliance policies.

This permanent full time role reports directly to the Director of Liquor Licensing and Inspections. The Manager will ensure compliance in the liquor industry across Saskatchewan, manage inspection teams, and support financial budget monitoring. You’ll also handle non-compliance issues and adapt security programs to meet current regulations while fostering strong partnerships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and evaluate liquor inspection services across Saskatchewan
• Manage the inspections team daily operations




• Assist in preparing and monitoring the unit's financial budget
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and policies
• Create and maintain partnerships with stakeholders

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory regulatory role
• Strong knowledge of liquor-related regulations and legislation
• Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficient in computer skills for data analysis
