Salary Range: $100,000.00 To $160,000.00 Annually

Your area of focus.

As an Repair Technician , you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge, automotive repair skills, and the ability to use a variety of hand and power tools.

What drives your day-to-day?

Perform bodywork tasks, applying filler, shaping, forming, sanding, priming, and painting

Repair and replace damaged vehicle parts, including body panels, fenders, doors, and bumpers

Align and fit vehicle components to the original pre-condition

Inspect vehicles for additional damage

Assess Frame with Car-O-Liner measurement system

Clamp down and pull for mash and sway

Attention to detail, panel dry fit, smooth/clean repair

Ability to work independently and as part of our team

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow safety procedures and guidelines

What are the must-haves…

Completion of a related post-secondary program and or training courses





Knowledge of manufacturers' repair/refinishing processes & adherence to processes

Ability to use selected vendor materials efficiently and cost-effectively

I-CAR certification training and I-CAR certification would be considered assets

Must possess a valid driver's license and a safe driving history

2-3-years of Autobody Technician experience

Welding knowledge and training

Able to work in face paced environment and able to do all types of repairs
