Your responsibilities will encompass developing safety initiatives, overseeing risk assessments, and providing training that promotes a proactive safety culture. With 10+ years of HSE experience and a CRSP designation, you will engage with teams directly and see the results of your leadership daily.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and assess the company's safety culture and program
• Oversee risk assessments and safety compliance measures




• Conduct investigations of incidents and suggest improvements
• Lead safety training initiatives for the team
• Ensure effectiveness of the facility's emergency response program

Requirements:
• 10+ years of HSE experience, 2+ years in construction
• CRSP and NCSO designation mandatory
• Strong communication skills across all levels
• Technical proficiency in MS Office applications
• Demonstrated ability to develop functional goals
