In this full-time, permanent role, the Superintendent will oversee day-to-day operations across various worksites. Reporting to the Operations / Project Manager, you will supervise crews, coordinate resources, and maintain safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates will have experience in a rapid-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily operations on multiple active job sites
• Schedule and mentor crews, ensuring productivity
• Coordinate resources and logistics to meet project goals
• Champion safety culture and compliance with regulations




• Monitor project progress and maintain documentation

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in construction or industrial fields
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• In-depth knowledge of occupational health and safety practices
• Clean BC driver's licence required
• Relevant safety tickets are beneficial
