Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate M&A; opportunities in asset management and wealth sectors
• Build coverage lists for Alternative Asset Managers and Investment Firms




• Support corporate finance operations including budgeting and financial planning
• Prepare executive-level presentations and management reports
• Manage due diligence processes with internal and external teams

Requirements:
• 7 to 10 years in corporate finance or investment banking
• Experience in asset or wealth management sectors
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Completed CPA, MBA, or CFA is an asset
• Excellent communication skills to present complex information
