Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and review construction material takeoffs
• Evaluate subcontractor estimates and proposals
• Conduct productivity and cost analyses




• Source and negotiate pricing from suppliers
• Prepare preliminary construction scheduling

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in construction-related fields
• At least 3 years of estimating experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and estimating tools
