Responsibilities

Deliver and support client connectivity products and services across inception, build, testing, release, and production support

Participate in production governance, monitoring, risk, and control activities

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to shape product and service direction

Identify and prioritize technical debt alongside new functionality

Create and maintain technical test plans, unit tests, and integration tests

Drive CI/CD automation and continuous improvement within the DevOps product and service team

Participate in incident response, problem management, retrospectives, and stand-ups
