Assist with planning of care residents dietary needs
Further development of procedures and policies manual for care.
Instruct care aides for dressing, skin tears, or minor abrasions and TLR
Training/Orientation of staff
Give direction to care staff in the day to day work place, and address any deficiencies to insure all the jobs have been completed.
Any other duties that are required
