The Role As a Campaign Manager at Embold, you'll be the connective tissue between our clients, our creator network, and our platform. You'll take briefs and turn them into fully executed influencer campaigns — managing everything from talent sourcing and content approvals to performance reporting and client communication. Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Execution Partner with brand clients to understand their marketing objectives and translate them into sharp, creative influencer strategies
Build and manage full campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables from kickoff through wrap report
Design campaigns using the Embold platform, leveraging our creator discovery and performance tools to identify the right talent for each brief
Oversee content review and approval workflows, ensuring brand alignment and platform compliance
Creator & Client Relationships Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with influencers and ensure a smooth, professional experience from contracting through posting
Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, proactively communicating updates, flagging risks,



and celebrating wins
Support client onboarding and campaign kickoffs with clear briefs, timelines, and expectations
Performance & Insights Track campaign metrics and compile post-campaign reports with actionable insights for clients
Identify trends, performance patterns, and opportunities to improve campaign outcomes over time
Stay current on platform changes, creator trends, and best practices in influencer marketing
Qualifications 2–4+ years of campaign management experience, ideally in influencer marketing, social media, or a digital agency setting
A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong project management skills - you can juggle multiple campaigns without dropping the ball
Excellent written and verbal communication; you're comfortable in client-facing situations
Comfortable working with data to tell a story and make decisions
Experience with project management tools (e.g. ClickUp, Asana) and familiarity with social media platforms
A genuine interest in the creator economy and what makes influencer content work
