What are your contributions to the team? Support project management activities for Research & Technology engineering projects, including new aircraft development programs, under the guidance of experienced project managers, engineering professionals, and management.
Assistin the planning, coordination, and follow-up of engineering activities, deliverables, milestones, and project schedules.
Helpmaintainproject documentation, action item trackers, meeting minutes, dashboards, and status reports.
Assistwith budget and cost tracking.




Collaborate with immediate team members and gradually build working relationships with engineering functions, project stakeholders, partners, and suppliers.
Participate in project meetings and contribute to clear communication between technical teams, project management, and leadership.
Learn and apply Bombardier engineering processes, BES milestones, internal standards, documentation practices, and project management fundamentals.
Contribute to continuous improvement activities byidentifyingopportunities to simplify project follow-up, reporting, and coordination.
Demonstrate accountability, respect, integrity, curiosity, and teamwork while developing project management and engineering business acumen.
How to thrive in this role? You have a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
You have 1-3 years of experience in aerospace industry, project engineering experience is an asset.
You are autonomous, results-driven, and enthusiastic with strong work ethics.
You have good analyticalandproblem-solvingskills.
You can manage multiple projects.
You have strong communication skills and can easily tailor your communication to suit the audience.
You strive for harmonious cohesive teamwork.
You have knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint or SharePoint.
