Key Responsibilities:
• Offer legal advice to Yukon Courts and judiciary
• Engage with procedural and substantive legal matters
• Supervise and guide judicial assistants and students
• Collaborate closely with the Chief Justice and Chief Judge
• Conduct independent legal research and analysis
Requirements:
• Experience in litigation or solicitor law
• Good standing with Law Society of Yukon
• Bilingual in English and French is a plus
• Understanding of Yukon First Nations history
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
