We are currently looking for passionate and experienced educators to join our team as Online Secondary School Teachers/Tutors . Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic high school educators to provide virtual instruction and academic support in one or more of the following subjects:

- Math
- Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics)
- Business
- Computer Science

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging online lessons aligned with curriculum expectations.
- Educate and support students in mastering subject‑specific concepts and skills.
- Foster a respectful, inclusive, and encouraging virtual classroom environment.
- Monitor student progress, assign work, and provide constructive feedback.




- Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding student performance.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance teaching strategies and student outcomes.
- Participate in career development to stay up-to-date with best practices in online education.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field required.
- Ontario Certified Teacher (OCT) designation preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience teaching high school students in an online setting.
- Proficiency in Moodle LMS (mandatory).
- Experience using Zoom for instruction and classroom management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A reliable internet connection and a professional home teaching setup.
- Excellent online tutoring and classroom management skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
- Passionate about education and committed to student success.
- Patient, empathetic, and able to motivate and inspire students.
