In this permanent full time role, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Corporate Legal Counsel and Director, Legal. As a vital member of the legal team, your focus will be on M&A; activity, corporate maintenance, and ensuring compliance across our extensive network of dental practices. Your organizational skills will be critical for executing deals and maintaining corporate records with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare closing deliverables for asset acquisitions
• Support due diligence and track materials




• Assist with corporate governance and maintenance
• Help integrate post-closing processes and filings
• Maintain internal legal databases and trackers
Requirements:
• 4+ years as a Law Clerk in M&A; or corporate law
• Completion of a Law Clerk program preferred
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Independent and detail-oriented work ethic
• French proficiency is a bonus
