Elevate your career with Organigram as an HRIS & Reporting Analyst on a 6-month contract. This role is centered on supporting and optimizing HRIS functionality and reporting services.
In this dynamic role, you'll report to the Senior Manager, HRIS and Total Rewards, being instrumental in maintaining data integrity and delivering insightful reporting for HR needs. Your analytical skills will support various teams, ensuring compliance and excellence across HR processes, payroll, and operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and distribute HR and payroll analytics reports
• Develop dashboards to facilitate data-driven decisions
• Analyze headcount and compensation data trends




• Validate data accuracy for regulatory compliance
• Support HRIS settings and maintenance activities
Requirements:
• 2-4 years experience in HR analytics or HRIS systems
• Solid skills in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms, Dayforce is beneficial
• High attention to detail and confidentiality
• Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
