As a valued member of ARBI's multi-disciplinary team, you will leverage your 2+ years of neuro-rehabilitation experience to implement tailored client programs designed by physical and occupational therapists. This role involves facilitating rehabilitation sessions, ensuring a supportive environment, and training volunteers to enhance client care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement therapy programs as directed by therapists
• Facilitate group rehabilitation sessions both in-person and online
• Train and support volunteers and student workers
• Maintain accurate client schedules and appointments
• Report safety concerns to the clinical rehabilitation team
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in a rehabilitation-related field
• Minimum 2 years of neuro-rehabilitation experience
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Proficient in technology for documentation and communication
• Solid interpersonal skills to support clients and team members
