Financial Analyst at a Glance The Financial Analyst, FP&A will be accountable for the Away From Home P&L. The position leads reporting, analysis, drivers, and action plans. The role provides insights to stakeholders and cross‑functional partners. Responsibilities / Accountabilities Financial forecasting and analysis: short‑term and long‑term P&L, clear visibility into results and forecast. Own cross‑functional partnerships to provide insights and create action items to address gaps and drive the business. Analytical assistance on business results and achieving financial targets via data‑driven insights and recommendations. Develop monthly forecast on the full P&L. Own Finance MPR presentation to Away From Home and Finance Leadership teams, explaining root cause and business drivers. Assess risks and opportunities for the business and initiate mitigating measures. Lead the 3‑year strategic planning process with Marketing and Sales to develop full financial projections for key initiatives. Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Financial modeling for costing and profitability projections, including innovation launches and custom/customer label products. Support whitespace reporting and analysis to ensure Sales teams achieve set targets for whitespace initiatives.
Become expert in industry, providing recommendations on channels, customers, product formats. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in related areas is required. Experience in CPG and/or Foodservice industry is a plus. Strong analytical skills and broad business acumen. Experience in financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and accounting principles. Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams. Strong project management experience; ability to develop, monitor, and evaluate multiple projects with multiple deliverables and deadlines. Strategic thinker with expertise in complex problem solving, decision making, critical thinking, and good judgment. Effective at proactively assessing and resolving conflicts. Strong Excel skills. Compensation New Hire Base Salary Range: $75,400.00 - $94,200.00 Bonus: Eligible for a performance‑based bonus as per plan terms and governing documents.
