Requirements:
• Advanced degree and 8+ years cGMP experience preferred
• Leadership background with 2+ years in management
• Post Graduate Qualification required (MSc or equivalent)
• Experience in biologics or sterile manufacturing preferred
• Robust mentoring, communication, and problem-solving skills
