Adecco is currently seeking experienced Day/Night Shift Forklift Drivers for a reputable client in Brampton, ON.

We are looking for candidates skilled in operating Raymond, Double-Deep (Extended Forks), and High Reach forklifts (up to 55 ft.) with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Candidates should also be skilled with dockstocker, counterbalance, and walkie machines. The role requires working comfortably in a freezer (cold temperatures up to -17°C).

This is a full-time temporary position offering competitive pay based on shift and experience in a dynamic, safety-focused warehouse environment.

- Pay rate: $26.90 to $28.15 / hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

- Operate Raymond, Double-Deep, and High Reach forklifts to move goods throughout the warehouse.
- Work in a freezer environment (up to -17°C), handling materials in sub-zero temperatures.




- Ensure all products are properly stored and stacked to meet company standards.
- Perform routine safety checks on equipment before and after use.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all health and safety protocols.
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and other warehouse duties as required.
- Work independently and proactively, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisor.

Requirements

- Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- Valid forklift license from a recognized forklift training center.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating reach trucks, specifically Raymond, Double-Deep (extended forks), or High Reach forklifts.
- Skilled with the dockstocker, counterbalance, and walkie machines.
- Comfortable working in a freezer environment (-17°C or below).
- Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently; experience with reverse tractor reach driving is an asset.
- Strong ability to work independently and take initiative to get the job done.
- Proven commitment to safety, with a mature and self-driven attitude.
