Key Responsibilities:
• Actively deter theft and unwanted behavior with your presence
• Engage with guests, providing excellent customer service
• Conduct recoveries and apprehensions with safety in mind
• Respond quickly and effectively to incidents as they arise
• Complete incident reports accurately and in a timely fashion
Requirements:
• Valid BC Security Worker License (AST) required
• Minimum 1 year experience in security preferred
• 6 months experience in retail security or loss prevention
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to stand attentively for 8-hour shifts
