A leading global private markets investment firm is seeking a Director of Finance to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with finance and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, maintain financial models, and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
Maintain and enhance financial models, including scenario analysis.
Prepare management, board, and stakeholder financial reporting, including variance analysis and performance commentary.
Develop and monitor key business metrics and performance indicators.
Support profitability analysis, business unit reporting, and allocation models.
Collaborate with business leaders on forecasting assumptions and planning activities.
Assist with business valuation, strategic planning, and corporate finance initiatives.
Analyze assets under management (AUM) and related performance drivers.
Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling to support business decisions.
Contribute to process improvements across FP&A; reporting and modeling activities.
Qualifications 5-8+ years of experience in FP&A;, corporate finance, financial modeling, accounting, or related fields.
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.




Professional designations (CPA, CFA, MBA) are considered an asset.
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and management reporting experience.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Experience working with large datasets, data visualization tools, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Self-motivated, collaborative, and focused on continuous improvement.
Preferred Industry Experience Experience in asset management, private markets, investment banking, consulting, or other financial services environments is advantageous.
