Key Responsibilities:
• Own design vision for AGSE user interfaces
• Deliver high-fidelity designs for fleet operations
• Create user-friendly tools for airlines and airports
• Drive user research to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with engineering to maintain design integrity

Requirements:
• BFA, BS, or equivalent in Design, HCI
• 5+ years in product design for complex systems
• Experience in real-time operator tooling
• Proven ability to establish design standards
• Solid communication skills with stakeholders
