We're looking for a licensed 310T Truck & Trailer MechanicLead Hand to join our growing team in Nepean.

This is a hands-on, full-time role working in a clean, organized, heated shop with 4-post lifts where your expertise directly supports a well-maintained fleet of trucks, transport trailers, and RVs including A Class Motorhomes.

What You'll Work On

You'll maintain and repair a mixed fleet including:

Light- and medium-duty trucks

Flatbed and enclosed transport trailers

Tow vehicles

No two days are the same—but you'll always have the tools, support,



and time needed to do the job right.

Your Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues

Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and safety checks

Complete accurate work orders, parts records, and service logs

Work collaboratively with the operations team to reduce downtime

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Mentor junior techs or apprentices as needed

What You Bring

Valid 310T license ( or registered apprentice close to completion )

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Experience with truck, trailer, or fleet maintenance

Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and work orders

Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork

Valid driver's license (DZ is an asset, but not required)
