Join CNL as a Maintenance Support Coordinator and ensure the smooth operation of critical facilities. This role supports maintenance activities while promoting environmental health at Port Hope and Port Granby Wastewater Treatment Plants.

In this hands-on coordinator position, you will work directly with Maintenance Coordinators, Operations, Engineering, and contractors. Your expertise will help maintain essential equipment and infrastructure safely and reliably, minimizing downtime. If you thrive in coordinating tasks, problem-solving, and promoting secure operations, your impact will be felt daily.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise contractors and maintenance staff to complete work orders
• Develop maintenance procedures and work plans




• Coordinate activities with Operations to minimize downtime
• Support engineering activities for equipment modifications
• Provide leadership during planned maintenance outages

Requirements:
• Graduation from Technology Institute or recognized apprenticeship
• 5 years of relevant journeyman experience
• Minimum 2 years in industrial maintenance or wastewater operations
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Familiarity with maintenance management software
