You will

Handle full-cycle accounting for corporate entities, including consolidated and unconsolidated financial statements, bank reconciliations, partnership equity reconciliations, intercompany analysis and GST filings.

Prepare and analyze working papers and multi-level consolidation schedules for corporate entities, ensuring that financial information provided is timely and relevant for effective decision making

Research technical accounting issues to support compliance, ensuring general ledger correct reflects results.

Support the year-end audit and ERP system improvement initiatives

Take on ad-hoc analysis and projects as they come up

You have

2 - 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a complex,



multi-entity organization including exposure to consolidations and financial reporting

A CPA designation or working towards a CPA designation is highly desirable

Strong understanding of ASPE; REALpac experience an asset

Proficiency in MS Office

Real estate industry experience an asset including previous use of Yardi

Salary range:$75,000 - $105,000 per year, based on level and experience (Accountant to experienced Senior Accountant)
