As the Junior Accountant, you will support fleet financial operations under the supervision of the Finance Supervisor. Your work will involve preparing fleet billings, asset reconciliations, and providing essential documentation for audits. Collaborating with multiple teams, you will ensure compliance with safety regulations and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain fleet billing based on utilization data
• Reconcile fleet asset records within SAP and operational systems
• Document and resolve discrepancies in monthly reports




• Manage financial records and support accounting activities
• Create fixed asset records and update subledgers as required

Requirements:
• High School Diploma required; Accounting education preferred
• 1-2 years in an accounting role within Oil/Gas or Mining
• Familiarity with MS Office and SAP preferred
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean abstract
• Robust detail orientation and interpersonal skills
