In this full-time, temporary role, you will support Vancity's mission of inclusion and social justice. Your leadership will enhance member experiences while building a loyal membership base. The role demands excellent communication skills, business acumen, and a commitment to delivering service excellence consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop member relationships and promote Vancity’s offerings
• Guide non-management staff in delivering outstanding service
• Oversee daily operations including staffing and scheduling
• Assist in achieving branch financial objectives
• Manage problem resolutions and member interactions effectively
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in the financial industry, with 1 year leadership
• Strong knowledge of Vancity's products and services
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Post-secondary education in Business or Finance is a plus
• Solid communicator with problem-solving skills
