Lead Wellspring London & Region as our Executive Director, guiding impactful cancer support initiatives. This full-time position focuses on strategic leadership and community advocacy across London and Stratford.

Wellspring London & Region seeks a visionary Executive Director to enhance its mission supporting individuals and families affected by cancer. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience in community engagement, financial stewardship, and staff leadership to strengthen partnerships and inspire teams. Working closely with the Board of Directors, you will chart the path for meaningful programs and sustainable fundraising strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee facilities management and compliance of operations
• Develop and manage the annual operating budget




• Lead and mentor staff and volunteer teams
• Implement multi-year fundraising strategies and engagement
• Act as the primary ambassador for community outreach

Requirements:
• 5–7 years in senior leadership roles, ideally non-profit
• University degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience
• Proven success in donor development and fundraising
• Solid financial management and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and public-speaking abilities
