As a vital member of The Volunteer Well's L&D; team, you will have the opportunity to develop training strategies around essential skills, such as AI tools and digital literacy. This role will allow you to collaborate directly with the L&D; Lead while gaining hands-on instructional design experience, facilitating workshops, and receiving mentorship. Your contributions will significantly aid in enhancing the skill set of community volunteers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on engaging workshop design and content development
• Co-facilitate virtual workshops and manage Q&A; segments




• Create post-training surveys and analyze feedback trends
• Organize and maintain the internal digital learning library
• Assist in developing diverse learning modules

Requirements:
• Background or interest in HR or Adult Education
• Solid communication skills for complex topics
• Familiarity with tools like Zoom or Canva
• 1-2 years of experience preferred, but not required
• Tech-savvy with a quick learning ability
