This pivotal role facilitates communication between stakeholders, Cybersecurity, Compliance, and IT, aiming to optimize Identity Management processes. You will support onboarding into SailPoint and drive continuous improvement through standardization and automation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions with stakeholders
• Document and analyze current and future-state business processes




• Build strong relationships across business and technology teams
• Support onboarding into SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Participate in Agile sprint planning and daily stand-ups

Requirements:
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in technology environments
• Experience in gathering and validating requirements
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication abilities
