This role involves reporting to the Director of Care while adhering to provincial nursing standards. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be an essential part of a team focused on patient-centered care. You’re expected to document resident assessments, implement care plans, and facilitate resident transitions smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work collaboratively within interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate care plans and communicate updates
• Directly administer medications and treatments
• Support resident transitions and participate in care conferences
• Address resident and family concerns effectively

Requirements:
• Valid LPN registration in British Columbia
• Prefer prior experience in senior or long-term care
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Ability to perform a Vulnerable Sector Check
