This role requires 3-5 years of construction safety experience, focusing on site-specific safety orientation and job site inspections. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct site specific safety orientations and job inspections
• Monitor compliance and resolve safety issues in office
• Identify and prevent hazardous situations proactively
• Organize training on WHMIS, Fall Protection, and CPR/First Aid
• Compile and maintain project health and safety statistics

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of construction safety experience
• Pursuing or holding NCSO designation
• Knowledge of OHS regulations and procedures
• Proven ability to influence and delegate safety practices
• Strong communication skills for training and awareness
