Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute comprehensive empirical research projects
• Conduct rigorous quantitative analyses using statistical software
• Manage external consultants for quality assurance
• Monitor trends in housing research and relevant literature
• Communicate findings through publications and presentations
Requirements:
• Postgraduate degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• Minimum five years in applied research related to housing
• Proficiency in R, Python, or econometrics
• Strong bilingual communication skills in English and French
