Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily administration of benefits and compensation programs
• Administer sick leave programs in collaboration with HR and Occupational Health




• Support the annual compensation cycle with data analysis and reports
• Deliver analytics, insights, and benchmarking support for negotiations
• Monitor market trends to enhance rewards programs

Requirements:
• University degree in Human Resources or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in benefits and total rewards
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
• Knowledge of compensation principles and legislation
• Certification in HR preferred
