What
Where
The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager support the implementation of Future Workforce Development initiatives, ensuring effective execution of programmes and coordination with various stakeholders to build a future-ready workforce.
The job responsibilities include:
Work with project stakeholder on the scope of change, who are impacted under the change & impact on manpower.
Partner with HR colleagues to review stakeholder’s manpower requirements with the introduction of new services, automation or process.
Execute change management activities including communication campaigns and awareness sessions.
Work with stakeholder on change management training on the new technology/ current workflows.
Track implementation progress.
Evaluate the need for job redesign and reskilling with the introduction of new services, automation or process.
Coordinate with department to gather inputs on job redesign proposals and implementation timelines.
Assist in developing transition plans for staff moving into redesigned positions.
Monitor progress of job redesign implementations and provide regular status updates.
Partnered with LCD to identify and curate forward-looking training programmes for implementation within the organisation to build staff capabilities in emerging future skills.




Continuous monitoring and identification of emerging learning trends.
Assist in digital transformation initiatives through upskilling of workforce whilst improving business processes.
Promote a culture of innovation by curating introductory elearning programme on how to kick start an innovation journey in SGH.
Organised talks on emerging healthcare technologies.
Source & leverage on existing internal resources within SingHealth (such as grants, existing workgroups etc.)
Awareness of external fundings that the hospital can tap on.
Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, support budget tracking and maintain project documentation.
Provide secretariat support for various platforms.
Requirements:
Fresh degree holder / Degree with at least 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in Behavioural Science / Communications / Business.
Experience in Competency Mapping will be an advantage.
Ability to facilitate discussions with different levels of staff
Task driven, strong facilitation, planning and analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good presentation skills and ability to write well
