This role at the University Hospital of Northern British Columbia requires a Bachelor’s Degree and relevant mental health experience. You will engage with children and youth facing mental health challenges and work alongside multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform thorough client assessments and develop tailored care plans
• Work collaboratively with medical staff and families




• Facilitate psycho-education and support during hospital stays
• Apply trauma-informed practice and harm reduction principles
• Navigate complex systems to ensure effective care delivery

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working with youth in mental health
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Food Protected certification
• Active BC driver's license
• Strong communication and crisis management skills
