Become a Youth Mental Health and Addictions Clinician with YWCA Halifax. This position, based in Spryfield, offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young people's lives.

In this full-time role, you'll focus on youth aged 12-25, promoting well-being through assessment and therapeutic interventions. Your expertise will be vital in providing a supportive space for youth to access mental health and substance use services. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in the field and a relevant Master's degree.

Key Responsibilities:
• Use trauma-informed methods to support youth in crisis
• Engage with youth in various community activities
• Conduct assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans




• Collaborate on program design for youth wellness
• Mentor colleagues in interdisciplinary problem-solving

Requirements:
• Master's degree in a related field with clinical experience
• Registered with a skilled body and insured
• Two to five years of experience with youth services
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility in work hours, including evenings and weekends
