Enhance financial operations with the role of Finance and Administration Officer within the Lands and Resources Department. Support financial reporting, procurement, and agreement management, ensuring compliance with policies and funding requirements.

Under the guidance of the Director of Lands and Resources, this permanent position focuses on efficient financial and administrative operations. Candidates should bring a diploma in Business Administration or Finance along with at least one year of related experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of financial tracking are key skills for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support agreement management and procurement processes
• Track expenditures and prepare financial reports




• Collaborate with departmental staff for efficient program delivery
• Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information
• Assist in ensuring compliance with funding requirements

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Business Administration or Finance
• Solid analytical and organizational skills
• Knowledge of First Nation administration is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license or ability to obtain
