About the Opportunity
Are you passionate about creating exceptional travel experiences and turning supplier opportunities into compelling holiday packages? As a Product Package Specialist, you’ll design market-ready travel packages that combine flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, transfers, and ancillary products into seamless customer-focused itineraries. Working closely with product, pricing, marketing, and supply stakeholders, you'll play a key role in driving commercial performance, supporting campaign success, and ensuring Flight Centre delivers competitive and inspiring travel offers. This is an exciting opportunity to blend creativity, commercial thinking, and deep travel expertise to influence customer choice and business results. Key Responsibilities
Design and build bookable holiday packages combining flights, accommodation, tours, transfers, cruises, and ancillary products
Create and manage Core Range, Campaign, and Tactical package offerings aligned with business priorities and market opportunities
Refresh and optimize existing package content, pricing, and inclusions to maintain competitiveness
Partner with category specialists to source the best product components for package development
Develop packages tailored to different customer segments and travel styles
Ensure packages achieve target margins and align with supplier agreements and commercial objectives
Monitor competitor offerings and identify opportunities to strengthen package value and market position
Analyze package performance and recommend improvements to increase bookings, conversion, and revenue
Conduct package audits to ensure pricing accuracy, availability, and relevance
Test package availability, pricing, and booking flows prior to launch
Collaborate with Product Leaders, Revenue Management, Pricing, Marketing, and operational teams to deliver successful packages
Follow established package creation, approval, and loading processes to ensure quality and consistency
Maintain package accuracy and resolve issues quickly following publication
Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years’ experience within the travel industry, including product,



retail travel consulting, or wholesale operations
Proven experience creating multi-component travel packages or itineraries
Strong knowledge of destinations, hotels, cruises, tours, and travel logistics
Understanding of package pricing, costing, and margin management
Experience using product loading systems and CMS platforms, including Procat and Helio Holiday Manager
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Experience with GDS systems - Sabre or Amadeus preferred
Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related discipline preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, relationship-building, problem-solving, and design-thinking capabilities
Ability to work autonomously while partnering effectively with diverse stakeholders

Location – Toronto, Canada
This posting reflects an active vacancy that we are currently seeking to fill.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $70,000 - $72,000. The salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements.
